Terms of service
Last updated October 16, 2026
Quietly (readquietly.app, its Chrome extension and its apps) is made by Natalie Copuroglu and run by Endless Thrill. By creating an account or using Quietly you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, so please do. Questions: hello@readquietly.app.
Your account
You need an account to use Quietly. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live (at least 13, or 16 in the EU and UK).
Plans and billing
- Quietly costs $39/year or $5/month. Payment is handled by Stripe. Prices include everything; there is no premium tier.
- Plans renew automatically at the end of each year or month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Manage or cancel. You keep full access until the end of the period you paid for.
- When a plan ends, your library becomes read-only: you can still read, search and export everything, but not save new things.
- If prices change, you will be emailed before the change applies to you. It never applies to a period you already paid for.
- Lifetime access bought before October 2026 stays lifetime access, with no renewals.
Refunds
You get a full refund within 7 days of buying, no questions asked. Email hello@readquietly.app from the address you used at checkout. After 7 days payments are final, except where your local law says otherwise. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period.
What you save
Your library is yours. Quietly keeps a copy of the pages you save only so you can read them, and never shares or publishes it. Save things for your own reading, and don't use Quietly to break the law, to republish other people's work, or to overload or attack the service. Accounts that do may be suspended.
The service
Quietly is looked after carefully, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or able to save every website. Export your library from Settings → Export whenever you like to keep your own copy.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, Endless Thrill is not responsible for indirect losses (such as lost profits or lost data) from using Quietly, and its total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid for Quietly in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Ending your account
You can stop using Quietly anytime. To delete your account and everything in it, email hello@readquietly.app from your account's address, as explained in the privacy policy. If Quietly ever shuts down, you will get at least 60 days' notice to export your library.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date. Significant changes will also be emailed to you.
